Interim Call Center Director
We are in search of an Interim Director to to direct call center operations: scheduling, registration, customer service. This is an operational role focused on managing day-to-day operations. Ideal candidate can also provide detailed recommendations around benchmarking metrics, optimizing workflows, and staff utilization. Epic experience is required. This position will be located with a client based in the Northeastern U.S.
- Bachelor' s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to be self-directed and work on collaborative teams
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
