Position Overview

We are in search of  Healthcare Clinical Transformation Specialists to join our team.  These positions will be located with a client based in the Northwestern U.S.

Requirements for Manager-Healthcare Clinical Transformation Specialist
  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Identify, plan for, and resolve complex client issues
  • Identify and manage project risks around scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Contribute to the development of your own team' s technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical and structural  challenges, addressing business process redesign
  • Train, mentor, and lead staff, possibly on a remote basis, to enhance recruitment and retention efforts
  • Guide client conversations towards effective outcomes
  • Minimum of 5 years of change-management and/or business process redesign experience, preferably in a clinical environment
  • Minimum of Bachelor' s Degree required. Master' s Degree preferred
  • Consulting experience preferred


Requirements for Senior Associate-Healthcare Clinical Transformation Specialist
  • Provide onsite change-management support during the pre-deployment and deployment phases of EHR Modernization (Cerner)
  • Identify, plan for, and resolve complex client issues
  • Identify and manage project risks around scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Train, mentor, and lead junior-level staff, possibly on a remote basis, to enhance recruitment and retention efforts
  • Guide client conversations towards effective outcomes
  • Minimum of 3 years of change-management experience, preferably with a large-scale EHR Modernization project. Management consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of Bachelor' s Degree, preferably in a clinical specialty (nursing, social work, etc.)
