Epic Revenue Cycle Director

We are in search of an Epic Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. This position will be located with a client based in the Central U.S.
· Manage HB, HIM, Grand Central teams
· Retool, retrain and coach team resources
· Evaluate team skill-sets and strengths
· Set and track KPIs for application team improvement
· Issue tracking, productivity, resolution time, etc.
· Establish new SLAs with customers
· Reorg team structures
· Re-baseline resource needs
· Improve project intake and management processes
· Improve issue management processes
