IASIS Healthcare is implementing the Cerner Millennium Clinical and Revenue Cycle System across each of the acute care and behavioral health hospitals.   Position Summary:   The Learning Coordinator / Analyst works under the direction of the Learning Coordinator for the training efforts to support implementation of the Cerner Millennium Clinical and Revenue Cycle application suite and a’ al carte Cerner solutions.   The Learning Coordinator / Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that education and learning developed for the deployment enables key initiatives, goals and strategies highlighted by the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Design teams.   This position will report to the IASIS Learning Coordinator Responsibilities:  • Assists with the development of Learning Plan using the Corporate and a’ la carte Cerner solutions Learning Guide as its baseline. Works with Site Readiness Coordinators to obtain senior management approval from their respective sites • Ensures the integration of learning events and milestones into the overall project timeline • Accountable for the execution of learning including scheduling of end-user training • Ensures that adult learning principles, methodologies, tools, and programs are leveraged to affect a successful rollout of the project • Maintains an awareness of learning resource constraints that affect end-user training and escalates appropriate issues to the site steering committee or Corporate Steering Committee - representative • Assists with the customization of Corporate standard learning materials  • Responsible for the development of hospital-specific learning materials to support a' la carte solutions • Shares hospital-specific learning materials with the Corporate Learning Coordinator to add to the standard materials and sharing with other hospitals • Responsible for maintaining the Train Domain, developing a database refresh strategy, populating the database with test records, and setting security policies • Coordinates appropriate use of the Train Domain consistent with project plan • Participates in the hospital marketing and communications process by providing learning-relevant information • Maintains a positive attitude toward change • Ensures adequate training for the learning resources to successfully complete their tasks and responsibilities • Works with Site Readiness Coordinators to identify, recruit and support - trainers and super users • Identifies trainers and super users • Responsible for the printing and distribution of learning materials • Responsible for on-going learning support of end users • Works with Site Readiness Coordinators and Trainers to share best practices and knowledge transfer • Work with Site Readiness Coordinators to develop a post implementation training program that includes the maintenance of training materials Requirements: • Bachelors, Education, Adult Instruction, Performance Technology, OD or related discipline

• 5 years of project management experience.   Knowledge of hospital clinical and operational procedures is preferred.   Familiar with concepts, practices and procedures within the performance improvement and/or education field • Proven project management experience, including: Planning, Scheduling, Requirements Management, Change Management • Ability to understand information technology concepts, processes and procedures • Proven experience leading development of custom learning content • Systems thinking • Proven experience leading significant change management initiatives • Intra & Inter personal skills/strong communicator • Strong facilitation skills • Strong health care business acumen • Prior experience with significant learning initiatives • Collaborative – relationship builder • Results Oriented • Takes initiative • Adaptability Work Locations:   • Nashville, Tennessee (IASIS Corporate Office) • Kansas City, Missouri (Cerner World Headquarters) • IASIS Hospitals Travel Requirements:  • Travel is required.   The initial design / build / testing activities are to take place predominantly in Nashville and Kansas City.   Facility implementation requires travel to applicable facilities located in Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Utah.
